Supervisor: Business Director

Contract Days: 243

 

This is a 12 month position, salary begins at $55,316 based on the Confidential Staff

Consultation Agreement. This position will report to the Director of Business Services. 

 

Duties for the position are as follows:

• Maintain Avigilon System (Card Access System)
• Building Inventory
• Facilities Use scheduling (SchoolDude System)
• Key and Card Access Monitoring
• Work with the Facilities Manager on Purchase Orders
• Monitor online HVAC System
• Scheduling of District Safety Committee meetings
• Other duties as assigned

Collaboration with Colleagues and Industry Partners: Work with fellow educators, school administration, and community partners.  

Salary and benefits based on Confidential Staff Consultation Agreement.
